Welcome to the fourth 2016-2017 IBARMS quarterly meeting on April 21. We will be presenting IBARMS scholarships, electing new members to our Board and celebrating the good work that was accomplished in this year.
Administrators are invited to attend this meeting.
Where: The Adams 12 Training Center at 1500 E 128th Ave, Thornton, CO 80241.

Time: 11:30 am - 3:00 pm
RSVP: by April 17 by "purchasing" a free ticket above for each person attending. If you do not RSVP but come to the meeting anyway, space and meals may be compromised. So please RSVP! (Paying is not the same as RSVPing).
Admission: If you paid the $250 membership fee, that covers the lunch ticket for one member from your school (you still need to RSVP though). Tickets for additional member school attendee are $25 per person and $50 per person for non-member schools. You can mail payment or pay at the door -- cash or check. To ensure proper credit please make sure to include your school name on the check.
To pay by credit card ahead of time, click on the appropriate button by April 17 and make sure to mention school name to ensure proper credit. Refunds are not possible for credit card payments.

- 11:30 Lunch and announcements
- 12:00 General meeting: Vote on open Executive Committee positions, scholarship presentations and special projects presentations.
- 1:00 Breakout sessions
- 3:00 End
